On 3^rd July 2007 A special Board of Directors meeting held at company principal office at 12801 Worldgate Drive Suite 500, Herndon, Va. 20170 USA MMC herewith officially announced that we have already cancelled Mr. Stanley Wei-Yung Chu his appointment. He is no longer as General Manager of this corporation in Taipei, Taiwan. Any documents was signed by him on behalf of this corporation is null and void. The Power of Attorney was given to him on 23^rd February 2007 was terminated. This announcement shall be in force and effective immediately.
