Minerals Mining Corp. is expanding, MMC is currently recruiting more members for a business development specialist to help and build up develop plan both in USA also in Europe. Mr. Fernando Juan is going to Europe on November 10, 2007. He was impressed with the progress the employees have made both USA and Asia office.

 

MMC has filed an offering with Frankfurt Stock Exchange to become a publicly traded company on Frankfurt XETRA MMC’s IPO came out at USD$6.00 per share and was successfully self-underwritten due to the negative stock market, the company has decided not to commence trading it stock until:

(1)    Market conditions improve significantly

(2)    MMC has begun its cooperation with Gold Mining Group in China therefore a limited amount of shares can still be purchased at very attractive price levels before actual trading commence with improving market conditions and joint venture with leading Gold Mining Group MMC expects to open trading its stock at USD$6.00 UP by end of this year 2007.
